#588, Say So
Words have creative power. When you speak something out, you give life to what you’re saying. In this message, let Joel remind you of the power of your confession. It’s one thing to believe you’re blessed. But when you say, “I’m blessed,” it takes on a whole new meaning. That’s when blessings come looking for you. Psalm 107:2 says, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.” It doesn’t say let the redeemed think so, believe so or hope so. You’ve got to take it one step further and say so. If you’re going to go to the next level, accomplish your dreams, overcome that obstacle, break that addiction, you’ve got to start declaring it. It’s got to come out of your mouth. That’s how you give life to your faith. When you change the direction of your words, you change your world! Let this message from God’s Word teach you how to send your words out in the direction you want your life to go.
My prayer is: Lord, thank you for your people not only thinking and believing but also saying good things…even when we can’t see it or we don’t feel it. I give you all the honor, all the glory and all the praise. Amen!
