- Opportunity to become an Union Electrician – Interested in learning how to be an electrician? Apprenticeships are being offered at $14.50 per hour plus free healthcare and pension. There’s a tuition free program at Valencia College, with training for four years and 27 college credit hours obtained. Average graduate earns $65,000 – $100,00 a year, organizers say.
