July 25, 2013 – New voting districts were established in Florida last year and voters put new faces into office during the elections to go along with those new districts.
Here’s a current list of the leaders responsible for the Pine Hills area in the Florida state legislature and the United States Congress. (Included are representatives for the Orlando Community News coverage area – Pine Hills, Rosemont, Metrowest, Orlo Vista and Lockhart.) Their contact information is also included.
To confirm your representatives and get their contact information, go to www.myflorida.gov, click on the Government tab, then Legislative link and chose the links “Visit the Florida House of Representatives” and “Visit the Florida Senate.” Click on Representatives or Senators at the top of the page for each group. You will have to either put in your address and city or your zip code.
