Orlando — The event: the well-attended, community wide prayer breakfast, named for Arthur “Pappy” Kennedy and held to commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The date and time: Monday, Jan. 18 at 7:45 a.m.
The place: First Baptist Church of Orlando
Details to come. But the event is presented by the Central Florida YMCA and the Southwest Orlando Jaycees. There is typically a nationally known speaker, prayers, along with scholarship and community service presentations.
